In order to submit a quote in response to this combined synopsis solicitation, Offerors must be the manufacturer or an authorized reseller of Lominger products. The personnel assessment products that NGA utilizes must seamlessly integrate into NGA's existing infrastructure. The assessment products must also integrate with mission partner's systems in order to share personnel related metrics. NGA's mission partners are currently utilizing Lominger products. NGA personnel are also currently using Lominger in support of ongoing efforts, and the efforts would not be able to continue without Lominger brand name products. For these reasons, only Lominger brand name products can meet the mission requirements of NGA at this time.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58. Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, with their offer.
