ITEM 0001: NSN 6130014423184LG, Part Number ES125122-1, Analyzer-Charger, Battery. Requirement is for 7 each USAF. Also included are 2 Option Periods. Option I is valid for 365 days, 1-3 each; Option II is valid 730 days, 1-3 each. Materials: Copper. DELIVERY - FE4460, one (1) each; FE6383, one (1) each; FE6231 one (1) each; FE4877 three (3) each; FE4469 one (1) each. Delivery schedule 180 Days ARO.

ITEM 0002: NSN 4920014072187LG, Part Number ES125105-1, Test Set, Flight Control. Requirement is for 3 each USAF. Also included are 2 Option Periods. Option I is valid for 365 days, 1-5 each; Option II is valid 730 days, 1-5 each. Materials: Copper. DELIVERY - FE6323, one (1) each; FE6252, one (1) each; FE6325 one (1) each. Delivery schedule 180 Days ARO.

Delivery of options is 180 days after exercise of option, location to be determined.

The approximate RFP issue date will be 13 Jul 2012; proposals are due 12 Aug 2012. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out.

This is Sole Source to Lockheed Martin Corporation IAW FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing to Chester.Popham@robins.af.mil with a copy to Dawn.McCurdy@robins.af.mil on all submissions. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS. Anticipated award date is 26 Aug 2012. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is not using policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services; however, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
