Synopsis

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Central Montana District Office intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) that may result in a firm fixed priced contract. The contractor is to furnish labor, equipment, supplies and materials, except for specified Government-furnished property, to construct six (6) pits and rehabilitate the embankments and/or spillways of four (4) fill type reservoirs. Work under this contract is located in Valley County.

Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. 100% payment protection is required for construction contracts awarded over $30,000. PLEASE NOTE: the awardee will be required to obtain payment protection within FIVE (5) days of Notice of Award.

This is a Small Business Set-aside. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small business concerns.

Prospective contractors are required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov for award.
