Synopsis

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) modification to a previously competively awarded contract, N00019-10-C-0074, Air Refueling Store (ARS) Avionics Upgrade with Parker Hannifin Corporation, Parker Aerospace, 14300 Alton Parkway, Irvine Ca. 92618-1898 for the procurement of Air Refueling Store (ARS) Control Panel spares and ARS Controller spares. (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). Unless otherwise stated herein, no additional written information is available. Request for the same will be disregarded. This effort will not be competed as Parker Hannifin was awarded a competitive firm fixed price contract for the design, development and test of ARS Avionics Upgrade and ARS Modification Kits. Parker Hannifin is the only Contractor that has the knowledge, experience, technical and manufacturing expertise necessary to fulfill the government's needs and meet it's schedule requirements.
There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award, or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the effort mentioned above.
