Synopsis

Please see the attached Pre-Invitation Notice (PIN) for upcoming GSA solicitation QSDM-J1-120472-D.  This will be a negotiated procurement establishing contract coverage for 28 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) in the 8010 Federal Stock Class for Polyurethane Coatings.  The contracts established will have a one-year base period and four one-year options.

Please complete and return only the PIN/Market Survey document.  Do NOT return the separate Item Purchase Description (IPD) document.  Responses are due by 5:00 pm EST, Friday, July 27, 2012.  Responses can be returned via e-mail, fax, or mail.  Please see the PIN/Market Survey document for additional information.
