EVALUATION OF QUOTE: The Government anticipates awarding a contract resulting

considered. The government will use contractors who have a track record of
successful past performance or who demonstrate a current superior ability to
perform. The following factors shall be used to evaluate your offer:

SOW: Labor and materials to : (1) Install MS9600 fire alarm control system or equal, install 3 remote annunciators, 94 smoke/heat detectors, 14 pull stations located near each exterior door, 4 horn strobes through both buildings, necessary power supplies to operate strobes, installation of necessary fire alarm cabling and conduit. (2) Install bugler alarm system. Install Ademco Vista 128 BP control panel or equal, 2 key pad controllers, 8 door contacts at each exterior door, glass break detectors for each window, motion detectors in all hallways, warehouse and storage areas, 2 exterior siren for alarm notification.
