Synopsis
The Library of Congress intends to issue Requests For Quotes (RFQs) to existing Basic Ordering Agreement holders who previously qualified for this process under RFPLCFDL10R4000 and RFPLCFDL11R4000, for the placement of new and renewal FEDLINK serials subscription services for domestic and foreign serials and publications, and for related services on behalf of the following FEDLINK members: AGJV and NURC. Responses to this notice shall be in writing and shall include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability. Ref: RFQ LCFDC12-FS000.
