This procurement is SOLE SOURCE to Marco Industries, Inc. (CAGE 1NLW9) P/N: MA2106008. Any manufacturer, other than Marco Industries, Inc. (CAGE 1NLW9) P/N: MA2106008, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION (UNRESTRICTED) Firm Fixed Price contract for 36 each. This item is subject to Configuration Control. The following terms apply: FOB DESTINATION; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: New Cumberland, PA 17070. Production delivery will be 192 days after receipt of order (DARO). Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 8 June 2012 with a closing date of 9 July 2012.
