NSN 7R-1680-015692119-CB, REF NR 292A550-1, QTY 9 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN.This is an FMS requirement. The Government does not possess the drawings for this item. To comply with DoD mandate to get better value for defense goods, a targetunit price reduction of 10 percent or better is established for this requirement. This price reduction is additive to any other price benefits attributable to market conditions, economic trends and/or quantity variances. Please aggressively evaluate opportunities for reducing overhead costs, improving business practices and reducing wasteful, inefficient processes prior to submitting your offer for this requirement. -SEE NOTES 9, 22, 26
