Synopsis

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to award a sole source contract to Voluntary Interindustry Commerce Solutions (VICS), to conduct collaborative, planning, forecasting, replenishment (CPFR) training in support of Supply Chain Transformation IPTs. Only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. VICS is the only company who can provide this training. VICS owns the proprietary rights to this training and is the only company allowed to teach the process. Individuals will receive certification at end of course.

The associated NAICS code is 813910 and the small business size standard is $7 Million. The small Business Compteitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
