Synopsis

The Pacific Regional Contracting Office at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii intends to award a sole source contract to Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) for annual accreditation program fees. Period of Performance is 6 Aug 2012 - 5 Aug 2013. The statutory authority permitting this award without providing for full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as cited in FAR 6.302-1(a) which authorizes the goverment to award contracts when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
