Synopsis

This pre-solicitation notice is for Grounds Maintenance Services in Beaumont Texas. The support service encompasses labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to provide grounds maintenance services in accordance with specifications. This award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 22June 2012-21 June 2013 with 4 option years. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, as noted in the solicitation and Performance Work Statement. This acquisition is unrestricted under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 561730 a size standard of $7 Million. The proposed solicitation number will be W911S1-12-T-0201.
