Synopsis

This acquisition is anticipated to be solicited in accordance with FAR 19.14 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Program (SDVOSB). THIS PRESOLICITATION (W911S7-12-B-0027) SOLICITATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS ARE PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE INTERNET ONLY. THE NAICS IS 236220 WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $33.5M. This is a SAF (Subject to Available Funds) Acquisition.

The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, and performing all work in accordance with specifications and drawings for Construction of a MOUT Site at Range 33, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.

The location of the required work is on Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473. Construction details, any applicable drawings and Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided when the formal solicitation for Invitation for Bids is issued. Applicable drawings will be provided to Prime Contractors only who meet the size standard for the NAICS code being solicited. Any subcontractors shall contact the Prime Contractor for a copy of drawings. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This will be a fixed price construction contract.

The solicitation will be available on or about 2 July 2012. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement, solicitation documents will be available electronically and it is the responsibility of the offeror to register for notification of updates to this procurement via this web site.
