The project includes the Construction of Two (2) Split-Face Block Restroom/Shower Houses and Sewage Disposal Systems at Rough River Lake in Falls of Rough, KY. One (1) will be constructed at the Cave Creek Recreation Area, and one (1) will be constructed at the Laurel Branch Recreation Area. Each structure will be approximately 288 ft2 and will consist of the construction of the foundation and floor, building, plumbing, electrical and electrical accessories, bathroom accessories, and sewage disposal system.

This is a Sealed Bid Procurement and is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The estimated cost range for this project is $250,000 to $500,000. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $33,500,000. Construction of the two (2) restroom/shower houses should be completed in 60 days from notice to proceed. The approximate issue date is Friday 13 July 2012 and approximate closing date is Tuesday 14 August 2012, 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
