Please note that there were changes made in section C1 of the statement of work as follows:

Offerors to this solicitation must be able to demonstrate the capability to:

Build, maintain and operate systems capable of writing, labeling,
packaging and refurbishing between 8,000 to 15,000 cartridges per week,with a maximum of 5,000 cartridges per day.

The following changes were made to section L

Section L20.2,Section 20.3 (Items 1-3) 10,000 changed to 5,000 per day.
