National City Corporation announced that Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer Jeffrey D. Kelly is retiring, effective September 30, 2008. Mr. Kelly has also retired from the Board of Directors, effective immediately. The news release announcing Mr. Kelly’s retirement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99, and incorporated herein by reference.
