EDGEWATER TECHNOLOGY INC ($EDGW) COO David Gallo, Director Barry White Resigned
On October 22, 2009, Edgewater Technology, Inc. (the "Company") announced both the resignations of David Gallo, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, effective November 20, 2009, and Barry White, a member of the Company's Board of Directors, effective October 21, 2009.
